Microweddings
Brittland Estates is pleased to provide all inclusive microwedding packages to accommodate the many couples that have been impacted by COVID-19 during their planning.
We are currently offering these special packages through May 1, 2021.
Brittland Manor is a fabulous option for all weather days. The grand hall, formal living room, or the rich paneled library are wonderful rooms to hold an indoor ceremony. If the weather is beautiful you may have your ceremony in the fountain garden with huge trees and a river view. Inside you'll find a spacious dining room that can seat 12 people comfortly at the banquet table with a beautiful chandelier adorning the space above. The adjoining sunroom can seat another 8 for dining. Hosting more than 20 guests you'll enjoy your reception on the tented brick patio with a riverside view.
PACKAGES
This historic manor house with wide covered porch is an ideal location for a mircowedding. Ceremony could be held under the pine trees or on the wide front porch. You could dine outside on the porch or inside at the dining table that seats 10. Hosting more than 20 guests you will host your reception outside under a tent. Just across the street is Wilmer Park if you wish to take some riverside pictures.
PACKAGES
A historic event venue space that was originally the lobby for The Chestertown Bank built in 1849. It has three tall arched windows that extend from the wainscoting to the 20' high ceiling and an octagonal skylight with a large elegant chandelier that adorns the space. This is a one day rental making it an ideal location for small microweddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, meetings, and showers.
